It’s not that our way of moving through the world is incorrect or somehow flawed, but from a single viewpoint, it can be challenging to unravel what is reality, and what story we are living about our experience. Through coaching, I will seek to understand you as a whole person and shine the light on how perception may be different from what’s actually happening. Together, we’ll discover new ways to walk your path.

Fear, though appreciated, need not have a seat at the table

What would life be like without fear? Short, painful, and probably destructive. Let’s agree up front that fear has its place in our lives. When fear begins to dominate, to whisper all the reasons we can’t do something… it’s time for a reality check. Kindly and compassionately, I will unearth what role fear plays in your life and we will learn to dance with it and differentiate the times when it deserves credit, and those when it’s time to let go.

Change is always occurring, and it is beautiful

It would appear unlikely a seed knows what it will grow into, but look at a tree and how far it has come. The bark carved with scars and wounds. Times of growth and expansion, and winters cold and dark.
