The people I coach come from many walks of life. They aren’t perfect, and aren’t trying to be. They are seeking something more for themselves and their communities. They love to learn, laugh, and embrace challenge. They’ve got fears, desires, and any number of challenges.

Life coaching is a relatively new resource. Many people are familiar with therapists and though life coaching shares some commonalities, at no point will I, as your coach try and diagnose or tamper with past trauma. That doesn’t mean I’ll gloss over or pretend those things aren’t there either.

We all have friends and family we can talk to when things get hard. And we all know what it’s like when their own hopes and dreams for us start to muddy the waters. Seeing a coach can provide you with a new space to explore, dig in, and push yourself to new heights. Think of me as your unbiased advocate: Your goals, your path, your life.

As your coach, I will provide an outside viewpoint to cut through the stories that might be draining your energy and keeping you from your true potential. We will explore your ambitions, desires, and challenges. I will honor your own knowledge and help you create a plan to build new habits and encourage your growth. Whether you’re striving to show up differently in relationships, ask for what you need, or perform at your best doing what you love, I’m here to support you along the way.

Drawing on years of athletics coaching, teaching and training in conversation and positive psychology, along with principles from mindfulness, meditation, and body awareness, we will work together to climb the tallest peaks and flow through the deepest canyons. I will honor your ability to problem solve on your terms and challenge you to rise to your greatest heights.
